“World First-Class Discipline Construction, Outstanding Talents Training Plan – Medicine, agriculture, engineering, education, business” is organized by Global Cultural Adventurers International Education Group.It is in accordance with the requirements of national ministries policy, meets the needs of first-class discipline construction for Chinese universities and professional talents training plan, with all the world’s top engineering research institutions, teaching institutions and management/application organizations in Australia and New Zealand as the core, as well as excellent undergraduate students, postgraduate students and young teachers/scientific research personnel as the main body, conducts 14/30/90 days of short-term academic research or medium-term project learning. The program aims to help the young students and teachers in universities enter some top engineering institutions in the world for exchange learning, enhance the international awareness of professional disciplines, cultivate outstanding talents and build first-class disciplines.

Participants will visit famous universities in Australian and New Zealand, famous professors of which will give lectures to project participants, and experience the atmosphere of Australian universities. Also, Chinese teachers and students will be invited to tell participants about the requirements for admission or study abroad.

Through Sociological Volunteer Research of Australia&New Zealand, well-known companies and institutions will be visited. Participants will be given a basic understanding of the operation and corporate management of foreign companies, understanding the high development of foreign high-tech and social civilization, which inspiring new ideas and new ways, and learning to observe, analyze, and think about problems from different heights and angles.
