Introduction: 
The AEA-ASOCIACIÓN EUROPEA DE ABOGADOS also called AEA INTERNATIONAL LAWYERS NETWORK was created in January 2004. The network has its origin within the European Union and with time, has been expanding to the remaining countries in the world, beginning with the countries that not yet belong to the EU, and followed by the majority of countries of America, Asia and Africa. The AEA represents the largest net of the world’s Attorneys, as there is no other net of offices that cover so many countries and locations. The AEA has offices in the majority of the independent countries of the world. It is the largest network of lawyers with 710 offices in 146 countries and regions. 

The main goal of the AEA is the referrals between members. The idea is to get work from other countries and to give a better service to the clients. The offices that enjoy the best prestige and importance in each country have been selected; those who count with the best professionals. The offices have been chosen with rigour according to selection standards that valued professionalism, competence, and efficiency in every one of the chosen professionals.

And the advantages are:
● To get referrals from law offices all over the world.
● To have the possibility to give a better service to the clients by offering services worldwide.
● To improve the image of law firms and get more visibility.

All the members of the Association gather once a year in a Congress that takes place on a rotary basis in a different country. The AEA has held fifteen international congresses. The next Congress will take place in Vienna the 25th and 26th May 2023.
Internship Tasks:
● The work will consist of prospecting and finding offices for AEA, such as searching for law firms in the 195 countries of the world and sending invitation emails.
● The interns will also contribute to the organization of the international congress of the AEA in Vienna which will take place at the end of May 2023, in which approximately 200 offices will participate. 

Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree (completed/ongoing)
● Fluency in spoken and written English
● Strong interpersonal and English communicative skills
● Proficiency in MS software (e.g. Word, Excel, Power point)
