International Organization for the Right to Education and Freedom of Education

About Us
International Organization for the Right to Education and Freedom of Education (OIDEL) is a non-profit organization that promotes the right to education and educational freedoms as fundamental rights for the development of the individual in the main international organizations. OIDEL was founded in 1985 by forty politicians, education experts and parents of students. OIDEL has consultative status with the United Nations, UNESCO and the Council of Europe. It also collaborates with the European Union and with numerous international non-governmental organizations.
