Our Activities
EPR activities go beyond traditional mutual learning exchanges. Professionals from EPR members gather to benchmark and analyse effectiveness in service provision; improving quality of services and quality of life for clients, as well as positively impacting their daily work experience. EPR members co-create and pilot innovative products, tools and methods to better meet the needs of clients, employers and funders.

Internship Tasks
The precise activities would be defined with the selected candidate depending on their skills, experience and interests.
● Write for the EPR Newsletter (news from the network), E-bulletins (EU policy and event news), EQUASS newsletter (organizational news and quality in social services)
● Develop content for and update the EPR and EQUASS websites
● Assist in monitoring and posting on social media for EPR and EQUASS
● Develop infographics
● Research for and support policy analysis
● Support with gathering and writing up good practices from the network
● Attend external events and report back
● Provide logistical support in organizing events
● Ability to work with InDesign, infographic programmes and MailChimp
● Creative with visual arts
● Experience with web editing software (WordPress and Joomla)
● Good understanding of Excel
● Experience in event organisation
● Working knowledge of other European languages
 
Requirements
● Degree in Communications, European Studies, Social Work, Politics, International Relations, or other relevant discipline or equivalent work experience
● Interest in social and disability-related policies, social services
● Commitment to non-discrimination and equal opportunities for people with disabilities
● Good social media skills
● Good writing skills
● Good organisational skills, with ability to work on a variety of tasks simultaneously
● Fluent spoken and written English.
● Fully computer-literate with advanced knowledge of MS Office.
● Proactive, efficient and motivated, flexible, team-player
